CMBE6K Add-On Licenses

If a client has CMBE6K 9.1 existing, and wants to do an Add-On of 150 Enhanced Users, can I use the “R-UCL-UCM-LIC-K9” for adding these licenses ? I don’t think there will be any issue since CMBE6K is nothing but a regular CUCM but can somebody please confirm.

Hi,

Sure you can use the standard UCL (or CUWL SKUs for others reading this), just ensure that you select the correct volume band (A for below 1000 users).

If one of the earlier BE6000 models was purchased (Hardware and Software single SKU), it is also ok to use R-CBE6K-K9 to upgrade these.
