I have a customer who wants to forward all calls to an organism which will take messages when his company closes.
So I would like to create a script which initialize a telnet connection to the UC and do CLI for changing a voice translation-rule.
Is it possible?if yes how please.
You could do this with an EEM and TCL script.
Easier option is to configure a CUE script with the intended business hours, and route all inbound calls through that AA. If business is closed, play prompt, if business is open, send call where it needs to go.
