CUE no audio on 2nd call

I configured a simple "After Hour" script in CUE. The first incoming call to the CUE works ok, you hear the message. The second incoming call is connected to the CUE but there is no audio. In UC500 I get the following error:

Note that the calls are coming from a SIP trunk which is connected to the UC500. The codes supported from the SIP trunk are g711alaw and g729. I configured a transcoding and it's working for the first call. The second call does not use any dsp resourses.

If you configure for G711 (should be ulaw, but alaw may work as well), there will be no need for transcoding, and quality will also be better.

My provider supports only alaw and g729. CUE supports ulaw only. So transcoding is needed.

The first call is OK. The problem is on the second call.
