Is it possible to configure a dial plan on the phone to manipulate the dialed number when dialing from call history? When a call comes in over a SIP trunk, the caller id number contains a leading "+" that I'd like to strip & replace with "9".
Any help appreciated!

SPA endpoints are supported in the SMB area of CSC, might want to ask over there.
