Hi all. I need some help with my UC540. My boss' old Avaya system use to let him dial another extension after hitting the voicemail of a user. He wants the UC540 to do the same thing. Is this something the UC540 can support? If so, what is the CCA configuration and usage? Thanks all.

Please ignore this question, I found an answer to meet my boss' approval. (I set it so if you hit 1 in voicemail, you would return to the autoattendant.)

Hello Tefon,
You may select different options under for the mailbox - in CCA it is under Configure> Telephony> Users and Extensions > Voicemail > Mailboxes - when you edit the mailbox you may select the options for it.
This also can be done under the WebGUI of the CUE under the mailbox settings.
