I have 2 different sites with a voicemail problem after installing the 8.0.4 software pack.
One site has a UC520. The other site has a UC560.
The problem is happening on one mailbox at each site so far. When they try to dial their voicemail, it says the voicemail is in use. The only way to fix it is to do a reset on the CUE module. The UC520 site had the problem 3 times so far. The UC560 was only once.

Now I have 3 customers with this problem. The latest is another UC520.

Jason - Please open TAC Service request for UC520 or SBSC for UC560. We definitely want to understand what is going on with these configurations. Please forward me those when you have them available. glanders@cisco.com
