DnD Question - Straight to voicemail ?

When reading the documentation for the SPA525G2 phones, it states that when enabling DnD, the call will go straight to voicemail if you have voicemail on the system ? My problem is that, the call acts the same as a normal incoming call, just doesn't ring. You receive visual indication that the call is coming in, but still takes the set amount of rings to go to voicemail, which is pretty useless when I have an extended absence greeting on and want the DnD function to do what it states. Any help would be appreciated on this one. I have acess to UC540 through CCA if something needs to change on that end.

DnD, will do what you are seeing.

See user guide of the phone are refer the DND section.

Below is the Clip from the document :-

Do Not Disturb; prevents incoming calls from ringing your phone.

See “Setting Do Not Disturb,” on page 46.
