Hi,
We are installing an UC560 T1E1 K9 and some IP Phones, but, we are having troubles to install IP Phones SPA 303 and SPA 501 at remote sites trough a VPN. The IP phones stay downloading a XML file, while a 7911 IP Phone is registered without problem. What's hapenning? Do the SPA IP Phones need a firmware upgrade?
