We recently had to restore our UC from an old backup and it caused a lot of minor configuration problems.
So our staff used to be able to call during closed business hours, and in between listening to the Auto Attendant's CLOSED prompt, they would dial * which would prompt the caller to "Enter your ID and then press pound." At this point, the caller would enter their extension number and be able to listen to their voicemails after entering their voicemail password. Now, when staff call the auto attendant during closed hours, they dial * and it just repeats the same CLOSED prompt over and over again repeatedly after pressing *.
I seemed to have lost this old configuration and cannot put this back at auto attendant settings in CCA. Am I missing something? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
