Is there a way to get back to the AA once a caller enters the voicemail of a dialed extension? A client of mine had the request so when callers reach a person who is not available they can get back to the AA and dial another extension.

Hi Tim,
We currently do not have such a feature. This has been requested by several others and is on our feature wish list.
