Export Phone Configuration to XML?

Greetings all,

We see in CCA the ability to import setup phones automagically through an XML document. Through some google-fu, it looks like the suggested way to create this XML file is to use the "Bulk Users" Excel spreadsheet. Considering you have to re-type in everything you've already set up in CCA, and all the information is already sitting on the UC 5XX, this seems pretty wasteful.

Is that the only way? Is there not a way to export the set up phones from CCA to an XML file?

Hi Matt,

Last time I checked you couldnt do it from the UC back to the PC, only from the PC to the UC.

Although I must admit, I am left wondering whyit isnt there... Maybe it is and i just havent found it yet
