Extending ring timeout for each extension

Hi all,

I have the timeout in seconds for a hunt group to be 12 seconds each. This does not seem to be happening as there are about 3 rings before it's forwarded to the net phone in the group. I was wondering, via the cli how I can change this for each extension in the group. I'd like it to have a timeout of around 20 seconds for the first extension in the group.
