Hello Edwin,

Could you please tell where the UC is located (country) and which is the FXO carrier?

Best regards,

Alex

hello Alex,

Location : Saudi Arabia

Carrier : Saudi Telecom (STC)

Hello Edwin,

I saw you have entered some configuration under voice port 0/1/0 and 0/1/1. Did you shut and no shut the ports after entering these command if not please do so.

If this is not working most probably you have not setup the custom CP tone correctly - how did you find this frequency and the cadence? Do you have capture from the port?

Also please try to add the following under voice-card 0:

no local-bypass

HTH,

Alex
