FXS Ports Registering With SIP Provider

I tried to turn off registration on the FXS ports but they are still registering with the SIP provider.

ephone-dn  17  dual-line
number 301 no-reg both
label 301
description 301
name 301

They are not user phones so they do not show up as ephones if that matters.

Is there another place to turn registration off?

If you are using the Voice Port/Dial Peer setup for the FXS, you disable the registration on the Dial-Peer.

voice-port 0/0/1
station-id number 121
caller-id enable

dial-peer voice 121 pots
description Domestic Fax
destination-pattern 121
port 0/0/1
no sip-register
