FXS will not dial out on SIP

Hi,

I have installed a UC320W about a year or so ago. I have found that when anyone tries to dial out from the FXS through a SIP trunk they only get an engaged/busy tone. They can however dial out over the FXO line.

I am not sure if it is something I have set incorrectly but I have reviewed the settings numerous times and I cannot find a reason for it.

I would appreciate any help.

Have you tried disabling and enabling the port again?
