UC560 at site A, UC540 at site B, calls coming into site A over SIP trunk, ringing blast group with site A users, calls pick up fine. if we add site B members to blast group, all phones ring, but when the lowest numbered members of site A answer the call, there is no way audio. if the call originates on an FXO port, any user can answer the phone. The site B users can answer the calls even if it comes over SIP, so it is not the SIP to H323 issue. Cisco support says call flow may not be supported, has anyone found a work arour to this issue?
