Hiding call status on SPA 525g2

Hi,

I have my SPA 525g2's setup with 1 main line appearance and then the rest of the buttons are tied to a specific extension/ring group for easy transfers. When taking a call on the phone, the call status box is on the screen and it covers the text that is assigned to the line button making it difficult to see what button is needed to be pushed for a specific transfer.

I realized that when your in a call and you press the down button, the call status window goes away and its easy to see the text for the line buttons but is there a way to minimize/hide/format that call status window so the line text can appear?

Call status window disappeared because you has moved focus to line with no call active.

No way to hide such window if active call focused nor unfocus active call with no user intervention.

Consider use of attendant console (analog SPA500S or digital SPA500DS) for the purpose you claimed.
