I have a UC520w-16u-4fxo. IOS: 12.4(20)T2. Everyday around 2:30 or so my phone calls become choppy and others on the other end can not hear us. Our internet access it terribly slow during this time as well. I have about 7 or 8 users on during this time. What could my issue be and how do I look at to begin troubleshooting it?
If it is based on time of day, I would start looking to see if any backups are going on. With it being so predictable, I would look at what could be triggering the traffic at that time.
