Hi,
I bought 20 Cisco SPA 2102, software version 3.3.6, hardware version 1.3.5 (a).
Unfortunately I cannot access the Admin login. The default admin password is not working.
I can access the Basic/Advanced web menu, but not the Admin login/User login to access the Voice, Line 1 and Line 2.
Also the IVR voice commands 73738 and 877778 are not working.
I took a trace with Wireshark and except the search for DHCP I don't see any traffic to try to connect the a service provider.
However, after several seconds the power LED is blinking red.
Do you have any suggestions how I can reset the admin password?
Or I have to send it back?

In the info page, under product information, what do you see next to customization? If it says Pending, these units aren't regular SPA2102 models and you should send it back. If it says Open, these are regular units and you should have been able to hear the IVR and access the admin login and the default pw for that is blank.

Yes, you are right, in Customization is saying Pending.
I will return the SPA 2102.
