Implementing a voip collaboration in our office

Dear Experts,

We are planning to implement voip in our office with more than 100 employees. Any estimation on that cost.

The devices we want to reside on office premise.  Actually  i used the Cisco tool to suggest the devices, its on the attachment.

1. My question is how voip works on that without the CME.

2. Do i still need a sip trunk?

Sir, what do you mean sysyem integrator. That on the attachement is all the devices need on tye implementation? How is the cme it is cloud with the devices given?

Get a professional to integrate or implement VoIP solution. 

The attachment only shows the picture of a non-PoE switch, a router and wireless access points.
