Dear Sir, I have a question: many SPA504G, 1 SPA900, 1 SPA500.
Example of ATTENDANT CONSOLE configuration on SPA504G:
Unit1 key1: fnc=sd+cp;ext=1234567890@$PROXY;nme=John
If I press the button 1 on the Unit 1, I am able to call John and all works fine. If John call me, over display of my SPA504G it's displayed only the phone number of John "From: 1234567890" but not, his name.
But if Add John to my Personal Directory n=John;p=1234567890, "incoming call from John" appears when John call me.
In others words all incoming call names are displayed only if I set them on Personal Directory and not only in Attendant Console.
Some suggestion?
