Hi, I already configure the BE-3000 with a E1 connection to pstn, it seems everything it´s ok the one and only thing I´m unable to do is to place phone calls from the PSTN to the internal network where the extensions are.

I willl suggest that you collect traces of incoming call not working and open a TAC case

Thanks

Hi Fernando,

Are your internal numbers the same as the last portion of the PSTN number?

If so, please check that the correct number of digits are being forwarded from the trunk:

Connections > PSTN Connections > E1 port > Advanced Settings

Ensure that Inbound Routing > Remove all but the last ... digits setting is the same as the length of your internal numbers.

If the internal numbers aren't aligned, then you should use appropriate translation rules (Dial Plan section) to direct the calls once they come in to the system).

If you have checked this already, then a trace for TAC as Sanjay suggests would be the next step.

Regards,

Andy
