initializing network

hello, we have a cisco spa504g at my work place connected through Telstra. it has been saying 'initializing network' for 2 days now and the microphone button is red. we have tried resetting/restarting in each and every way but no changes. also the phone is ringing as normplease can anyone help as we have no other phone for the small business and cant take calls, thank you!

How is the SPA504 provisioned? Do you have CUCM Express on a router? Is it supposed to be provisioned directly to Telstra?
