International call not going on specific time only ...

Dear Team,

Cheers!!!

  I am facing a strange and interesting issue in Cisco UC560. On every saturday morning I was getting a complaint call from my client telling there International calls not going (when they are dialing prefix (9) 00 then next number it is giving busy tone beep beep).Always on the same time I will check the dial peer and call status, it is allowing to process the calla and choosing correct dial-peer.The interesting thing behind this is without doing any changes the customer can make international call from the same day afternoon onwards.

I was checking this cmmand : # show dialplan number <number> and I am getting the correct dial-pper from the syetm side also.

What may be the reason foe this issue and the customer is having PRI line with 30 channel....
