Hi,

My client needs a CP-6921-CBE-K9= phone and voicemail. I am wondering if the CP-6921-CBE-K9= comes with the voicemail license or do I need to purchase a L-LIC-BE3K-VM for this client as well?

Hi Jacky,

That bundle includes the device and the User Connect License to go with it.  It does not include voicemail.

Please see the ordering guide for more information.  Section 2.2 (For the May 2012 version).

Then I have to purchase a L-LIC-BE3K-VM for the voicemail function to work for this user.
