I wonder if anyone can help me with our Cisco IP Phone spa525g.
We had an old cisco phone before that worked a heck of lot better of finding contacts easier, all you need to do is press directory and press the dial number for the letters of contacts you need. This use to take a matter of seconds to find who your looking for.
With the new upgraded phones will had with tons of new features, the spa525g couldnt do this at all.
Yes it had a speed dial list and a contact list that you had to scroll down, but this can take over 10+ to 20+ for the person your looking for.
Is there a option with this on the spa525 phones?
