Is it possible to transfer out of voicemail?

I have a client who just installed the UC320W. When outside callers dial an extension and get a voicemail response, they want to be able to press zero to reach an operator or just dial another extension, like they could on the old Meridian Norstar that it replaced. Does anyone know if this is possible on the UC320? Thanks.

This is currently not supported.  We do have a feature request open on this though.

I just had a customer request this very feature less than an hour ago. I was going to open a thread about this. I hate not having any voicemail customization options.
