I have installed two separate systems comprised of one SPA900 and one SPA3102 in diffferent locations about a year ago and are both presenting the following problem.
- There is one analog phone connected to one of the FXS ports on the SPA9000
- When one SPA9xx phone makes an outbound call and one phone terminal (SPA9xx or analog) makes a call to an extension (SPA9xx or analog) the person on the outside call can hear part of the conversation of the extension-to-extension call at a lower volume. Outside party does not hear anything.
- I have disconnected the analog phone an reset the SPA9000 and the problem disappears for some time, but then returns.
- I am currently testing the system without the analog phone to see if the problem perisists.
Is this a known issue? If so, is there a solution?
Many Thanks
