When attempting to create a local account (No AD) the Order shows as pending, then transforms to Active, but the user is never built in CM. When you view open orders there are no Orders. If you move to another page and come back the user is gone.
Yes I have not had any further issues. Issue was with Unified messages being configured on the profile but not configured for the site. I'm glad to hear that this is a known issue that is being resolved.
