I have a customer we are installing 2 UC540's for. They asked if we could monitor extensions between sites. If a person at site A wants to monitor a person at site B then how is that configured? CLI or CCA? I am not sure this is possible (how would the UC know what ephone-dn it needs to monitor/watch?) but I thought I would ask anyways. Maybe I am missing something. Thanks in advance for any answers.
