Pardon my ignorance, but Mutliparty conference is enabled. However no of our SPA phones have the conference button whil on an active call. The more softkey does not provide it either. I have looked at the phone templates in CCA and see that our phones are using template 16. Template 17 has the softkey for "Confrn". So question is how do I assign the phones to template 17?
