No connection to lan UC520

Hi I recently purchased a Cisco UC520-16U-4FXO-K9 and I am having some issues connecting to it. It starts up and all the LAN ports all light up green and then go out in 30 seconds. I connected an ethernet cable from the UC520 to my laptop and it is not receiving DHCP and the lights on the port are not turning green. I can connect to it from serial and it does look like it boots up. 

I have looked online to see if there was any helpful guides to setting it up via CLI and I haven't found anything.

 

Should I try factory resetting the UC520? If so how do I do that?
