Hello,
One month ago, I start using my UC540 with a Voice Ip carrier to do some tests. The carrier is Vozelia in spain.
After configuring the trunk it starts working finde, making and receiving calls.
One week ago inbound calls start failing. I told the carrier and it told me that my uc540 is incorrectly registered. Outgoing calls are working fine.
To test de carrier Iconfigure the trunk in a 3cx that I have in the same network, and in less than five minutes both outgoing and incoming calls start working fine.
I've restored the uc540 to factory and configured it three times, and every time with the same issue. It's impossible for me to solve this problem.
Can you help me?
Thanks a lot.

Hi Ed,
How is the UC540 connected to the internet -WAN or LAN through another gateway?
Are you using firewall? Is this the firewall of the UC or another device?
Do you need registration with the SIP provider?
How did you configure UC540 CCA or CLI?
Did you check the incoming access-list from the internet and the dial-peer(s) for incoming SIP calls?
You can try these steps to verify if you have configured with CCA:
1. Open your firewall just for the test - add this line to access list 104 e.g. Through CLI or CCA "5 permit ip any any". If after this you can get the calls then you can create more specific rules to your 104 access-list for your SIP service provider servers.
2. If the previuos is not working - Run "show sip-ua reg stat" if you have registered with the SIP provider. If you need to be registered go to the next step and run only the first command.
3. Run debug "debug ccsip messages" and "debug ccapi inout" and post it here with relevant configuration while removing passwords and changing ip addresses.
HTH,
Alex

Hi Alex,
Thank's for you help. Here are my answers:
- How is the UC540 connected to the internet -WAN or LAN through another gateway?
Just conected to the ISP router. The Uc540 Wan interface is connected to the router as DMZ with all ports redirected.
-Are you using firewall? Is this the firewall of the UC or another device? No, Only the UC540 as a firewall
- Do you need registration with the SIP provider? Yes and It works perfect for the outgoing calls
- How did you configure UC540 CCA or CLI? The initial config with CCA.
- Did you check the incoming access-list from the internet and the dial-peer(s) for incoming SIP calls?
Yes, I think it's correct. Here it is (192.168.1.200 is the Wan Ip address, and 80.91.83.25 is the Sip provider IP)
Extended IP access list 104
10 permit udp host 80.91.83.25 eq 5060 any
20 permit udp host 80.91.83.25 any eq 5060
30 permit udp any any range 16384 32767
40 deny ip 10.1.10.0 0.0.0.3 any
50 deny ip 10.1.1.0 0.0.0.255 any
60 deny ip 192.168.10.0 0.0.0.255 any
70 permit udp host 8.8.8.8 eq domain any
80 permit udp host 8.8.8.4 eq domain any
85 permit tcp any host 192.168.1.200 eq 443
90 permit icmp any host 192.168.1.200 echo-reply
100 permit icmp any host 192.168.1.200 time-exceeded
110 permit icmp any host 192.168.1.200 unreachable

160 deny ip host 255.255.255.255 any

1.- I added the line 5 permit ip any any and it doen's works
2.-

Can you include a 'debug ccsip messages' for a working call? Was the above trace from a non-working inbound call?
