I have a SPA 525g phone and at one point I had bluetooth working. All of a sudden, bluetooth stopped working and when I try to either turn bluetooth off or scan for a device, I get "Operation Failed". I have tried from both the device interface as well as the web interface with the same results.
Also, this may or may not be relevant. On the bottom line I have an icon with a red X next to it and an amber light. I can't remember when that was first displayed but it does seem like it was around the time I was trying to get the bluetooth to work.
