We have a SPA50G Cisco phone, unfortunately the options *21 and *69 and such don't work.
The result is, that we as a company cannot forward the calls to our mobile phone number when we are away form the office and all our calls are anonymous (outgoing calls).
If we call to a telephone number that has a menu to choose from, the dials do not work as well.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
