Hi ALL,
is it possible to grant internal users access to speed dial numbers (national and mobile) (uploaded via bulk list)? The system is an UC560.
Thanks in advance

Hello Davide,
It is possible. This is not supported with CCA. You should use CLI. Please take a look at the following link for more information and example:

Hi Alex, I realized that I've misplaced the question. If a user is allowed to call only internal numbers (and not national and mobile), can I also grant him the access to only speed dial numbers (national and mobile)? I've read something about LPCOR but I' don't know how to configure them in UC560 and if that is the way to go.
Thanks,
Davide.

Hello Davide,
If you are using the COR lists set with CCA this is not possible. If you try to change it with CLI the CCA will not be working properly after that and it is not easy to setup because you need to have very good understanding of the COR lists functionality.
Basically under CLI you need to setup specific COR list which are applied to specific dial-peers which are defined for the specific numbers and add this group to the COR list dedicated for this.
Following is an example of how to set COR lists:

Please note that if you are not entitled for CLI configuration you might be denied support, so you may do it on your own risk.
HTH,
Alex
