We have a customer that has had Fax-to-Email working for several years now over their PRI.
All of a sudden 90% of their inbound faxes are failing now. (senders report "line quality" errors and similar)
We opened a ticket with the carrier and they have checked and tested everything and found no issue.
Their copy/fax machine is connected to the PRI via one of the UC's FXS ports and is not having issues.
No changes have been made to the system that coincide with the start of this issue.
We are on recent firmware.
Has anyone else had issues with FTE with a PRI?
Any suggestions for troubleshooting?
