The customer has AT&T POTS lines. The caller-id shows as anonymous caller for every incoming call. The phone system we replaced displayed caller-id.
The UC540 is on the 8.0.2 software pack.
This happened with another customer of ours that had One Comm lines. They switched to AT&T lines and the caller-id started working.
Anyone have any ideas?

Is caller ID enabled on the voice ports? If you have an analog phone with caller ID, plug it into the POTS line and see if it receives caller ID on an incoming call.
