Hi,
we just strated our new UC560, first installation and wonder how to register a SPA phone? We gave an extension number to the phone and it doesn't show on the phone. In the CCA we see the phone and its mac adress but we are unable to regiister it

You need to make sure that you have the phone loads in place and that the tftp-server is serving the proper files for that phone. It sounds like you've already got the ephone-dn and ephone in place. When you reset the phone, what happens? Also, is this the only phone not working or do they all not work?

Hi,
Please let us know what message does the phone display and what software version are you running on the UC and the phone and type of spa phone. Did you upgrade from the factory software?
While the phone is rebooting could you also capture these debugs:
debug tftp events
debug ephone register
From CCA, in the troubleshoot drawer you'll find Generic Debugs. Type the commands into the window and click begin, then restart the phone after the phone hangs stop the debug and copy and paste in your reply.
Regards,
Marvin

You might want to try doing a factory reset on the phone. Hit the settings button, then hit device administration and then select factory reset.

Also, if you wanted to give me remote access to your router, I would be happy to take a look at it.
