I have two UC320's deployed at branch locations. In both cases the supported config from the SIP provider has a direct connection from the WAN port of the UC320 to the Session Border Controller. Long story short this renders the WAN connection unusable for UC320 management purposes. Each of these remote locations is connected via VPN. I am assuming that the web based UC320 configuration utility can ONLY be accessed by devices on the LAN subnet. Unfortuantley this makes it impossible to manage the device remotely over the VPN tunnel. Am I missing a setting somethere? If not, I'd like to see a change to the system that would allow the user to define which subnets are allowed access to the LAN port for management purposes. Thoughts?
