RtpTx:Conn to ip:port Failed

Hi , i have a voip network consisting only on linksys spa9xx sometimes there is no audio (RTP) while sip signalling is working.

I have disabled every form of QoS on both switches and phones trying to figure out what triggers the problem, but i haven't found a solution yet.

I have activated sip debug on the phone and when that happens the systems shows the following:

Look the line:

"Dec 14 11:54:17 172.19.4.200 RtpTx:Conn to c0a8016e:15860 Failed"

As soon as the call is triggered it shows the following:

Your SPA with IP address 172.19.4.200 tries to connect a device with IP address  192.168.1.110.

Is there IP connectivity between these networks?

Regards.

Sure, the phone have connectivity to such ip address, i suspect is a problem with the switches, as with the linksys srw224p the system was working fine, but when we introduced some cisco switches sf300 the problem began to appear, i am not sure how can i fix it as i have tweak almost every switch option, another user had a similar issue, look at this thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2057937 we also have some netgear switches on the network.

The phones belongs to 172.19.1.0/24 network and the data network to the 192.168.1.0/24 network.

I'm having the same issue. Also I've introduced a cisco switche sf300 and the problem started.

My PBX vendor says that the issue is with Linksys SPA9xx phones after monitoring and analyzing the network traffic. I think he is right because when testing with softphones there is no such problem.

Did you find the solution?
