Hello Everyone,
I have the the following Cisco products:
- Cisco SPA9000 (IP Telephony System)
- Cisco SPA8800 (Gateway)
- Cisco SPA 504G (4-Line Phone)
- Cisco SPA 303 (3-Line Phone)
They are all properly connected to the network and can reached through the web.
The phone land line cord is connected to the SPA8800 Line 1.
What I have done so far is this:
- Register: No (On 9000/8800/504G/303)
- Make Call Without Reg: Yes (On 9000/8800/504G/303)
- Ans Call Without Reg: Yes (On 9000/8800/504G/303)
- Proxy: 192.168.1.200 (On 9000/8800/504G/303) ---> 192.168.1.200 is the SPA 9000 Static IP Address
- User ID: xxx ---> 200/201/202/203
What I am trying to do is this:
- To be able to make/receive internal calls between the IP Phones.
- To be able to make/receive external calls.
When I try to call from an IP Phone to another it says:
-------------
Ringing
To: Main
200
------------
But nothing really happens. It's the first time I deal with Cisco IP Telephony and not exactly sure what to do. I am reading manuals and searching for articles to get some of my answers, but yet, I am unable to reach a result. If anyone can give me a quick overview on what to do, and how to configure them properly, I would be pretty much appreciated. Like the basic configurations that would make it all happen.
