Sipura SPA-3000,SPA2100 reset to default

Hello,

I purchased several devices at the sale:
- SIPURA SPA-2100
MAC: 000E08ECF162
S/N: 88012GA65696
- SIPURA SPA-3000
MAC: 000E08CAEE76
S/N: 88012DA04269
Both devices are serviceable. Unfortunately, the previous owner has set a password that does not allow me to configure.
When I try to use the web interface to access the device, I have an authorization request:
Standard passwords user/user, admin/admin do not match.
I have same problem when I use voice menu of device. I tried 73738# it asks for a password.
The devices do not have a reset button, which would allow me to return to the factory settings.
In the user guide, I also did not find information on how to solve this issue.
I will be grateful for any recommendations that will solve my issue.

Those devices can be locked with no way to unlock them. It's valuable feature and countermeasure against hardware theft (properly locked device have no value for unauthorized holder).

73738# asks for password, thus we know this kind of lock is active. With no password you are considered unauthorized holder and the devices you mentioned can be used as paperweights only.

Ask seller for passwords, return devices to them if he is unable to provide them to you.
