With Skype for SIP's requirement to dial full international format numbers, I need some help in converting my local area codes to full international dialling codes automatically, so I don't have to dial extra numbers for local calls.
Essentially I need to translate (9 is the access code):
9[604]xxxxxxx
and/or
9[778]xxxxxxx
to
91[604]xxxxxxx
and/or
91[778]xxxxxxx
