Hello everyone,
I have a UC540. Dial peers are set to use the 4 FXO lines. Whenever a user dials 9 plus and outside number the call just sites there for about 8-10 seconds before proceeding. It then goes out fine. Any way to make the calls go out quicker than that?
Thanks in advance! Replies rated,

Hello Scott,
If you are using dialpeer with something like .T it takes the interdigit timeout and then makes the call if interdigit is set to 8-10 sec it will wait this time.
You can speedup the process by entering "#" when you enter the whole number or if you make more detailed dialplan if it is just few dialpeers like the one I mentioned.
HTH,
Alex

Hello Scott,
Thank you for the good rate! You may check the interdigit timeout in CCA if you use it for setup of the UC under outgoing dialplan "Digit Collection Timeout" it is in seconds and may change between 2 and 120.
Best regards,
Alex
