Hi,
A client of mine needs a Call Center, starting with about ten people.
I used to work with UC500 devices, so I thought to use B-ACD capabilities of UC540, but it is not clear yet. The client also wants a Call Center software. I have been reading about UCCX but they tell is expensive and only standard version is available. Is there other software recommended for these functionalities?
Any advise about how to implement the call center would be appreciated.

For a small call center, B-ACD/AA with the correct configuration works great. I have that into many customer sof mine and they are all very happy.
For added features to B-ACD/AA you can look on the website mentioned in my profile.

We use the mentioned B-ACD/AA modifications, and customer call reporting software. Some call center also use call recording software.

Sorry Paolo, maybe I didn´t explain myself clearly. The software I asking for are those for call reporting and call recording. Some recommendation about them would be great.
