SOS NEED HELP NOW! Cisco SPA504G

I am trying to set up a Cisco SPA504G in my home office. When it is connected directly to the Zoom Cable Modem all is fine, I can make calls, people can hear me and I can hear them. Now the problem, When I connect it to my Apple Airport Extreme... I can make calls, people can hear me but I cannot hear them.

 

ZoomModem -------- SPA504G  Works as it should

 

ZoomModem -------- AppleAirport -------- SPA504G People can hear me, I cannot hear them.

 

I have tried connecting the phone directly to the zoom via SW port with a cable from the PC port to my Airport... The Airport works but the phone will not.

I can make calls, people can hear me but I cannot hear them.

Firewall issue. RTP (Audio) packets from other people are not allowed to pass thru to your phone. Check Airport configuration. Ask in an Apple Airport related forum for help.
