i have a lot of this devices. and i wan't to give it to my customers but i want to know this:
Is there a way that when the factory reset the device, do not lose the field where the profile rule goes? That is, do not lose the link, for example
my prov link is: prov.naturalgcinc.com and the path where are the files is /cfg/
for explample a complete link It could be like this
http://prov.naturalgcinc.com/cfg/cisco/MACADRESHERE.xml
Anyway, if there was a way to make that happen, I would be very grateful if anyone could explain it to me. Thank you.

You are describing behavior of so-called OEM or RC models. Those units have factory default configuration customized for particular customer.
Unfortunately, you can't turn standard retail unit into RC one by self. And no, I'm almost sure Cisco will not help you (not only because those units are EOL).
So, what you can do ?
You can force SPA2102 not to honor factory reset request unless admin password is provided. Thus user will be unable to do factory reset at all.

http://prov.naturalpr.net/cfg/cisco/MACADRESHERE.xml
Beware of consequences.
Anyone who will guess a customer's MAC will be allowed to download it's configuration - including the SIP credentials. He will be able to accept and place calls on behalf of legitimate user then.
And it's not only consequence of such method - just most severe one.
