I have a SPA 303 I'm using with a hosted PBX service through Intermedia.
I've had a client whose phone seems to randomly enable call forwarding on the handset itself, disabling/bypassing our server side call forwaring 'find me, follow me' settings.
I've checked every setting I can think of, and looked at call logs - the phone really does seem to have a mind of its own. I've seen calls start getting forwarded to strange random numbers during periods where I know my client is out of state, and she has a one person office - not even a janitor has physical access to her phone during that time.
Has anyone ever seen this behavior? Can call forwarding be enabled by remote SIP provisioning or something? Ideas? Is there a way to completely disable the call forwarding function on a SPA303?
