Spa 303 questions on group

I am inexperienced with ip phones, but pretty technically savvy. I own a small business and we use a very plain jane VoIP provider. They gave me sip credentials for our one single phone number that provides for up to 2 simultaneous calls and registration of up to four devices. I bought 3 spa 303 phones - 1 for reception desk, 1 in workroom, 1 in my office. I got the phones working where they are each making and receiving calls adequately. The problem I now have is that the terminals do not "see" each other... I don't know how to setup the phones where they can transfer a call between themselves. For instance - I take a call in my office, I need to be able to put that call on hold, go to the workroom, then pickup that call from the phone in the workroom... Please tell me the best way to accomplish this. Thank you

Unless I missed something, you have single phone number and single SIP account. All three phones are using same account.

Well, then you have SIP equivalent of three standard analog phones connected to one standard analog phone wire in parallel. It's not possible to transfer/divert/deflect call from one line to another - just because all three lines are virtually same line, so there is nothing like "another line" here. You need either three independent phone numbers, or, you need own small switch in your office instead.

Hold on one phone then resume on another may be avaiable even with your current environment if supported by your telco operator. Ask them ...
